HRC’s ShuheiNakamoto is Happy with Marquez and Pedrosa

The Executive Vice President of Honda Racing Corporation, Shuhei Nakamoto is extremely impressed the way Repsol Honda riders Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa raced in the seventh round of the Moto GP World Championship. The defending Moto GP world champion once again proved to the world why he is best in the business when he outshined his teammate in the last lap of Catalan Grand Prix. After Marc left the most experienced Valentino Rossi behind to grab his seventh straight win from the pole position in order set a new record.

However, one cannot deny the fact that Dani did not perform well in the last race, as the Spanish rider made a great effort to clinch the lead from his partner during the last laps. In fact, it was for the first time in 2014 season that Moto GP fans had seen Pedrosa in such an aggressive mood. Given that Dani did not even afraid to clip the rear tyre of Marc’s bike, while making a charge on him during the last lap. Though, Marquez won the race after an intense battle, but everyone enjoyed the head-to-head competition between the two riders, especially Nakamoto.

Thus, it was tough for Shuhei not to praise Marc and Pedrosa. Reflecting on their performance Nakamoto said during post-race test that honestly Marquez has done extremely well, in fact, it was unbelievable. Dani on the other hand was struggling at the start of the season because of his wrist, but now he has resolved the issue and showing his true riding potential and skills, said Nakamoto. The Executive Vice President of HCR also said that he was pretty pleased with both Marc and Pedrosa as both were fighting to reach the rostrum.

Nakamoto also said that he would be happy if the two riders continue to perform in the same way and as far as machines are concerned, they are pretty pleased with them too. Thus, far Marquez has gained maximum 175 points in the season by winning all the seven Grand Prix from Qatar to Catalunya. Whereas, his partner Pedrosa has amassed 112 points for his team so far to gain third position in the overall standings.

Dani is five points behind Movistar Yamaha’s Rossi, who is sitting at number two position in the standings. Still 11 Grand Prix are left in the current season, so Pedrosa has a pretty fair chance to get hold of the second position. Just as the customers of RiderWear have a fair chance to buy high performance motorcycle clothing and accessories from the online store of British company.

Doctor Suggested Rest and Therapy to Dani Pedrosa

After finishing his business in Italy the Repsol Honda Team’s Dani Pedrosa head to Barcelona, the capital of Spain, where Hospital Universitario Quirón Dexeus’doctor checked his right arm on Monday, June 2, 2014. In order to see how well Dani’s arm is recovering from the recent surgery. It was about a month ago when Pedrosa had this surgery on his arm after he felt the symptoms of arm pump. Since then, the youngest World Champion of 250cc GP has been working hard to recover from the surgical treatment. However, the effects of surgery can be clearly seen on Pedrosa, as he was not able to step on the podium ever since the doctors have conducted the operation on his arm.

This can be judged from the fact that Pedrosa, who finished third in Jerez and reached the rostrum in the previous races as well, was struggling to find his rhythm at Le Mans. As a result, hefailed to reach the podium in France for the first time during this season, as he crossed the finish line in the fifth place. The 28-year old rider, however, looked slightly better in the last race at Mugello, where he had a tough battle with Monster Yamaha Tech 3 team’s Pol Espargaro and Ducati Team’s Andrea Dovisioso. Eventually, Dani managed to surpass Espargaro and Dovisioso to finish the sixth round of the championship in fourth place.

Now that the next round of MotoGP is less than two weeks away, doctors have suggested Pedrosa to take rest and continue the specific treatment on his arm. So that Dani can get in the best possible shape before he will race in front of his home crowd in Cataluña, Spain. Dr. Xavier Mir was the one, who checked Pedrosa’s arm on Monday and he advised him to take rest because his right arm still has some swelling on it. Owing to the busy racing schedule of the Honda rider therefore, rest and therapy were recommended to him.

Commenting on the race in Mugello, Pedrosa said in his recent blog post that it is important for them to use every minute of a day in the best way because conditions at the Italian circuit were quite tough. According to Dani, the race started feeling long because the track was demanding so many changes, considering this fact fourth position at Mugello is not bad by any means. Sharing his thoughts on the fight between Marc Marquez and Jorge Lorenzo, Pedrosa said that he would like to congratulate the two riders.

However, the Honda rider said that he wants to be back in 100 percent shape, so the next time he can also join the fight to victory. We will push hard at Montmelo in order to be up there, added Pedrosa. Nevertheless, you will not have to push too hard to get your desired motorcycle helmet or clothing from RiderWear, as you can find the same stock over its online store.
