The stage is almost set for the sixth round of MotoGP World Championship, as the Italian Grand Prix will take place on this weekend at Mugello. Where, fans are anxiously looking forward to witness anotherexciting battle between the reigning MotoGP World Champions Marc Marquez and the local star rider Valentino Rossi. Although, Marquez seems to have an edge over Rossi because so far he has won all the five races of the 2014 season and that too from pole position.In spite of it, Marc believes that Valentino could beat him in the next round of championship. The Spaniard said in a recent interview with Autosport that Rossi will come strong in Italy as Mugello is his home circuit.
Adding to it, Marquez said still he will
try his best to do his best and give a good fight to win the race, but if that
did not look possible to them then, he will try to manage his advantage in the
race. The 21-year old moto racing sensation said that it’s not possible to win
every race, as sometimes you have to settle for second or third position in
order to end up at the podium. Marc said currently they are having a good time,
but they should not forget that they are taking part in the best competition
that includes best riders. Though, it may seem easy to others, but we know how
tough it is from the inside when they work in garage, said Respol Honda
rider.
On the other hand, Movistar Yamaha’s star
rider is not in a mode to joke anymore, as after the fifth round at Le Mans,
France, Rossi clearly said that he will look to give Marquez a tough time in
Mugello. Now the Italian rider has said that although its 25 points for winning
the race in Italy like other races, but at Mugello it’s a matter of honour to
win the race. Valentino also said that he is really looking forward to this
weekend, as this time the race is going to take place at one of his favourite
circuits. Moreover, his teammate Jorge Lorenzo has been winning at this circuit
for the last three years with Yamaha and he always had some fantastic races,
said Rossi.
Valentino said that this means that M1 is
competitive at Mugello, but he knows that it will be extremely tough to beat
Honda, especially Marquez, but we will definitely try to do that. Rossi said
that it’s a good motivation to beat Marquez because his level is quite high and
if one wants to finish before him then, they have to give more than 100 percent.
